A new dimension for timber construction

Known as ‘cross laminated timber’ (X-Lam), the product is made of pre-fabricated single-ply boards.

The longitudinal and transverse layers are arranged cross-wise, and glued together with  formaldehyde-free glue, thereby ensuring a high dimensional stability and air tightness. Swelling and shrinking is also reduced to a minimum, and heat transfer and vapor diffusion properties are significantly improved. And lastly, the product’s high static properties offer designers and architects vastly new possibilities in their designs.
